As MediaTakeOut.com EXCLUSIVELY told you weeks ago, Chris Brown's legal team and Los Angeles prosecutors were close to reaching a deal where Chris would have spent NO TIME in jail. But that deal was never struck. And according to a person close to the case, prosecutors are now playing hard ball - asking for Chris to spend 30 days in jail.
What happened you ask? Well MediaTakeOut.com's insider believes that public opinion of Chris, especially after his "jet ski" vacation a few weeks ago, may be forcing local prosecutors to throw the bookat the R&B crooner. The insider explains, "Before Chris went to Miami with Rihanna [prosecutors] were talking community service, now they're talking jail - you do the math."
